As well as description of services, application forms and downloads there is a catalogue of the library of publications, video and audio tapes. Supporting a difficult practice such as performance art often regarded as extreme or pretentious has many communications challenges so the site sticks to straightforward descriptions of its services and resources.

The staff's commitment to keeping the content up to date and relevant allows them cope with an extensive amount of enquiries from clients, media and other agencies. By training and careful use of templates the Live Art Development Agency are able to do this themselves.

The upgraded site illustrated is launching in October 2003.
