CLIENT: Parallel 56/Inland Revenue

Working as an associate with Glasgow e-commerce agency Parallel56 I created the information architecture for several new parts of UK government websites. Working closely with a team from the Cabinet Office we mapped a new "life episode" section for the UK government portal UK Online and new content and functionality for the Inland Revenue's website.

We also mapped a "register your business" wizard for integration on the Inland Revenue website. As well as mapping the site additions I co-ordinated the client and the technical team to keep track of content changes, and assisted in devising the usability testing.
